Andrew is an associate in the Firm’s litigation practice, and assists with all aspects of litigation.
During his time at the Firm, Andrew has worked on numerous franchise dealership disputes on matters in arbitration, administrative forums, as well as state and federal courts, covering a wide range of franchise-related issues.
Andrew graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 2019, after serving in the Florida Army National Guard. During law school, Andrew served as a law clerk for the Firm, and he joined the Firm after graduation.
Representative Experience
- Represented dealer group in an administrative appeal challenging a final SBA loan review decision denying forgiveness of a multimillion-dollar loan. Obtained a favorable outcome, securing withdrawal of the final SBA loan review decision.
- Assisted with the litigation of numerous disputes over warranty reimbursement rates paid by manufacturers for a variety of line-makes.
- Assisted with the litigation of several disputes related to the relocation or addition of a dealership.
- Assisted with the litigation of several disputes over manufacturer attempts to unlawfully modify the franchise agreement terms.
- Assisted with the litigation of several disputes over manufacturer attempts to terminate franchised dealerships.
- Assisted dealers and prospective dealers in preparing motor vehicle dealer license applications and in obtaining such licenses.
