Danielle is an Associate in the Firm’s litigation practice group which focuses on representing franchise dealer clients concerning manufacturer related disputes as well as dealer regulatory and consumer legal issues. During her time at the Firm, Danielle has assisted in disputes with manufacturers such as terminations, add-point protests, territory disputes, allocation disputes, facility and incentive program disputes, manufacturer incentive and warranty chargebacks, warranty reimbursement matters, and consumer lawsuits. Danielle has handled manufacturer disputes in administrative forums, State, and Federal Courts.
Danielle graduated from Florida International University College of Law in 2011. Upon graduation from law school, Danielle moved to Jacksonville, Florida where she worked as an associate attorney for a small estate planning firm. Beginning in 2013, Danielle began her stent working for the state of Florida. She started in St. Augustine, Florida as a Children’s Legal Services attorney, and then moved to Tallahassee, Florida where she worked as an Assistant General Counsel for the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, an Associate Public Counsel for the Office of Public Counsel, and as a Committee Attorney for the House of Representatives.
