Greg is a native of central Florida, and a graduate of the University of Florida where he dual majored in Finance and Risk & Insurance Management. After completing his undergraduate studies he entered the real estate industry as a residential and commercial appraiser, conducting hundreds of real estate valuations. He returned to law school at the Florida State University College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2006.
Upon graduation, Greg worked as an associate attorney in Tallahassee, Florida handling business and real estate litigation and transactional matters before joining as a partner in Kiesel and May in Fort Myers, Florida. Greg’s experience as a real estate attorney includes extensive contract litigation, drafting, negotiation, title insurance services, foreclosure litigation, bankruptcy and eminent domain law.
Greg utilizes this experience to provide a unique combination of knowledge, skills, and insight, assisting motor vehicle, motorcycle, and RV dealers with the strategic acquisition, leasing, development, and disposition of commercial facilities and vacant land. During his free time, Greg enjoys spending time with family and friends, guitar, fishing and outdoor activities.
