Mr. Ishman is Of Counsel with Bass Sox Mercer and is primarily responsible for providing the Firm’s Intellectual Property and Internet law services. Before the “dot.com” era, Mr. Ishman enrolled at the John Marshall Law School in 1997 and thereafter obtained an LL.M. (Masters in Law) in Information Technology and Privacy Law. For the past eleven years, Mr. Ishman’s practice has focused on providing counseling for Intellectual Property Infringement, Domain Name Disputes, Internet Defamation, Online Reputation Management, Computer Hacking and Security Breaches, Software and IP Licensing. He has represented a diverse set of clientele, including publicly traded companies to entrepreneurs, in litigation, dispute resolution, trademark, copyright and related matters. He is a frequent author and presenter on issues related to protecting business assets while conducting business on the Internet.
