BSM Adds Talented Transaction Counsel

BSM welcomes attorney, Lee Lovett, to our team.  Lee is a talented attorney with significant experience in the area of dealership and real estate buy-sells as well as complex dealership succession planning. Lee will work with BSM’s transaction team to assist our dealer clients in asset and real estate transactions as well as with succession and estate planning issues. 

Upon graduation from Law School, Lee worked in the public accounting sector, assisting clients with mergers & acquisitions, entity choice, executive compensation, and succession planning. Prior to joining the firm, Lee served as General Counsel to one of the country’s largest privately owned auto dealership groups, with operations at over 40 dealerships across 8 states.
