BSM Files Suit Against General Motors on Behalf of Rural Chevrolet Dealer
BSM has been retained by Miller & Miller Chevrolet in Marianna, Florida, to bring a lawsuit against General Motors seeking damages resulting from a lack of adequate vehicle inventory. The dealership contends that despite repeated requests for certain model vehicles, General Motors starved Miller & Miller of much needed product. As a result, the dealership lost revenues from the inability to meet customer demands. These revenues were not only the customary new car profit, finance & Insurance profit, trade-in profit and service profit but include a significant amount of lost incentive program monies.
BSM partner, Nick Bader, and shareholder, Richard Sox, are lead counsel on the lawsuit which has been filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
