BSM is Pleased to Announce Attorney Greg May has Been Named a BSM Partner

Effective January 1, 2022, Gregory May has been named a Partner at Bass Sox Mercer law firm. Greg first joined the Firm in October, 2018, after working for other law firms as a business and real estate attorney. Greg’s experience as a real estate attorney includes extensive contract litigation, drafting, negotiation, title insurance services, foreclosure litigation, bankruptcy and eminent domain law. He worked as a residential and commercial appraiser before becoming a lawyer. Greg utilizes his extensive experience to provide the highest quality legal work in assisting BSM’s motor vehicle dealer clients with the strategic acquisition, leasing, development, and disposition of commercial facilities and vacant land.

Greg is a native of central Florida, and a graduate of the University of Florida where he dual majored in Finance and Risk & Insurance Management. He graduated from the Florida State University College of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 2006.
