Micah Andrews Appointed a Non-Equity Partner

BSM is pleased to announce that Attorney Micah Andrews has been appointed a partner in the Firm.  Micah has practiced law for 9 years.  Prior to joining BSM in 2018, Micah represented insurance company clients in personal injury, wrongful death, construction defect, commercial disputes and first-party matters.

Since joining BSM, Micah has participated in representing our dealer clients in a broad range of litigation including franchise termination, incentive and warranty chargebacks, successor issues and add point matters.  Micah has also developed an expertise in representing dealer clients in regulatory and consumer matters.
