Attorney Denise Branch Promoted to Partner

BSM is pleased to announce that Senior Counsel Denise Branch has been promoted to Partner.  In her short time with BSM, Denise has been an invaluable part of the Firm and a tremendous advocate for BSM’s clients.  Denise has brought extensive knowledge and experience to the representation of motor vehicle dealers from her time as a U.S. Attorney and General Counsel for Crossroads Automotive Group which has over 25 motor vehicle franchise dealerships.  Denise focuses her practice on advising Firm clients on advertising issues, consumer complaints, government investigations, vendor contracts and franchise litigation.  BSM wishes to congratulate Denise on this well-deserved promotion.
