BSM Hires New Senior Counsel

We are very excited to announce the hiring of Denise Branch as Senior Counsel with BSM.   Denise Branch joined the North Carolina Bar in 2005.  She was most recently Chief Legal Officer at Crossroads Automotive Group and held that position for 7 years.  In her position at Crossroads Automotive Group, Denise was responsible for handling all consumer, regulatory and franchise legal matters, to include overseeing outside legal counsel representing the Group in formal disputes.  She was responsible for negotiating the terms of all vendor contracts for the Group as well as handling corporate, banking and shareholder documentation.  Prior to that time, Denise was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for 7 years and in between worked in private practice in the areas of civil and criminal litigation.  

Denise will be available to assist the Firm’s clients with franchise litigation, compliance and human resource matters, vendor contract review and negotiation as well as other dealership operational issues.
