Nick Bader Becomes a Firm Shareholder

BSM is very pleased to announce that Firm partner, Nick Bader, will become an equity shareholder in the Firm effective January 1, 2025.  Nick has practiced law for 16 years, beginning as a state prosecutor and joining BSM in 2011.  As a state prosecutor Nick honed his trial skills by litigating misdemeanor and felony cases in over 40 jury trials. 

Since joining BSM, Nick has evolved into one of our most talented and experienced litigators.  Nick oversees a number of franchise cases being handled by the Firm including matters involving defending dealerships against alleged violations of their dealer agreement as well as seeking damages from the OEMs for violations of the franchise laws.  Nick has significant experience representing dealer clients in mediation and arbitration as well administrative, state and federal courts.

Nick will continue to be lead counsel in franchise litigation matters for BSM’s clients.
