Attorney Jeremiah Hawkes Appointed to Judgeship

BSM is pleased to announce that Senior Counsel Jeremiah Hawkes was recently appointed as a Circuit Court Judge in Florida’s 2nd Judicial Circuit.  Jeremiah was Senior Counsel with BSM from 2022-2025 working on franchise litigation matters in state court, federal court, and administrative venues.  Prior to his time at BSM, Jeremiah served as General Counsel for the Florida Senate.  BSM wishes to congratulate Judge Hawkes on this substantial honor.
