Attorney Lee Lovett Promoted to Senior Counsel

BSM is pleased to announce that Associate Lee Lovett has been promoted to the position of Senior Counsel with the Firm.  Lee has been with the Firm for 4 years.  In that time, he has focused his practice on dealership buy-sells and advising clients on various dealership vendor agreements, including reinsurance, lending and construction contracts.  Prior to joining BSM, Lee was General Counsel for Greenway Automotive Group which has over 35 motor vehicle franchise dealerships.  BSM wishes to congratulate Lee on this well-deserved promotion.
