Transactions Update

Bass Sox Mercer closed 70 transactions in 2021, a new record high for the firm. Our previous record high was 56 closings in 2018. The closings took place in Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, and West Virginia.

The closings involved the following brands: Acura, Allison Transmissions, Audi, Autocar, BMW, BWS, BRP, Buick, Cadillac, Caterpillar, CFMoto, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Cummins, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Harley-Davidson, Hyundai, Honda, Honda (powersports), Jeep, Kawasaki, Kia, KTM, Lance, Land Rover, Lincoln, Maserati, Mercury, Mighty (parts), Mitsubishi, Navistar, Nissan, Northwood Manufacturing, NorthStar, Polaris, Porsche, Ram, Ranger, SSR, Subaru, Suzuki, Tide Water, Thermo King, Toyota, Volkswagen, Volvo, Yamaha, and Zero.
